School Excursions at Perry's Bridge Reptile Park offer a truly unique experience for your class! Located conveniently close to Kruger National Park as well as other local attractions such as the elephant sanctuaries,we will work closely with you to tailor a visit to your requirements so as to make the most of your time in Hazyview.

Older children will enjoy an outing centred around one of our regular demonstrations , which showcase our indigenous snakes. For younger children we offer a much shortened and very simplified experience incuding the opportunity to touch one of our ancient leopard tortoises!

The opportunity to interact with our farm animals is a highlight for both children and teachers alike, with our potbellied pigs Peaches, Pumpkin and Pumba having established themselves as firm favourites.





At the conclusion of your experience we offer your class the opportunity to pose for a group photo with one of our giant constrictors, at no added cost, as a great reminder of one of your best outings ever!

Reptiles are a great way to introduce your students to a huge variety of curriculum based concepts, including ecosystems, camouflage, and predators, as well as exploring different cultural perspectives on these amazing animals.
